3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

When the project or service has already started or been completed.

If you fail to provide required information, content, or access needed to complete the work.

If results (e.g., views, leads, or engagement) do not meet personal expectations — since outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control (algorithms, ad performance, etc.).

For third-party costs such as ads, tools, or subscriptions purchased during campaign execution.

For change of mind after delivery or partial completion of work.

4. Service Cancellation

You may request a cancellation before the project starts for a full refund.

Once the project begins, cancellation requests will not qualify for a refund.

Any special case refund (if approved) will be at Roxemy’s sole discretion.

Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider, please contact us directly. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
